George Weiblen is the preeminent “marijuana biologist” from the University of Minnesota.. They claim on their website to by systematists, phylogeneticists, molecular ecologists…real biologists. There are screenshots from Mesquite and Sequencher to “prove” it. But look at this photo:
Look at those smiles…. way too happy… I never knew about the bong-hit DNA extraction method…
On a serious note, they are using population genetics to trace the origin of pot confiscated at the US-Canada border…
