NSF Graduate Research Fellowship

November 7th, 2006 · 1 Comment

I just finished the application for a NSF fellowship. Wow, what process! I spent ~200 hours over several weeks working on a proposal, personal statement, and statement of previous research experience. The fellowship is worth $120K over 3 years and is a huge accomplishment if awarded. Let’s keep our our collective fingers crossed for this one.

I’d be happy to let people read the research proposal if anyone cares to. It is a succinct piece about what I plan to do and why.
