One of the main ways we can tell who is associating with who is by using florescent powders. If an animal (hopefully of the opposite sex) has yellow on her tomorrow AM- we can say for sure that she has had at least some contact with this male.

Catching very few Peromyscus- so thinking of moving to a different area. So far we’ve caught only 5. Also- 4 Dipodomys, 4 Neotoma, 15 Adult Chaetodipus, and >30 juvenile Chaetodipus.

    Dad, that mouse is yellow! Are you going to use the other colers? Like the blue????Mom says you should add a cal photo link. We are missing you dad! Come home soon!
